Apple's 2012 FY profits were $41B. Even if 100% of their profits were derived from handset sales (which they obviously aren't), that'd only be slightly over $300 for each of the 125 million iPhones they sold. Even a $250 profit on each $670 iPhone represents $31B in profits.
