Part of London was closed off for three hours today, November 25, 2012. A man from the Ukraine climbed up on the imposing statue of Prince George, Duke of Cambridge and began to take off all his clothes. Police closed off part of the area, cordoning off onlookers who were quietly watching in typical British reserve.
A nude man on a horse statue just down the street from Trafalgar Square in London may be one of the oddest things you have ever seen. For the record, here in Tennessee, people would have been whistling, pointing, and yelling, "Look, he's 'Neck-ed!'"
