Play is at 24:45. I'm not a ref, but when you're blocking at the point of attack, they're going to be watching you closely. I think the problem here is that the Argo defender fell down, combined with Raymond grabbing onto the jersey with his right hand. That's all the ref on the sideline (who threw the flag) would have seen. Tough one to call; I think it could have been a non-call just as easily. The crappy part is that Raymond didn't even need to do it
