I'm always nice to doorknockers, regardless of what party they are with. I figure they get enough abuse at other doors, and anyway they are generally nice, passionate and engaged people who are volunteering their time for something they believe in.
They did seem a little puzzled that I wasn't a
supporter though--I was clearly on their list.
