Turner may be the best candidate, but he's not going to win. Any vote for Turner is a benefit for Crockatt.
Unfortunately having the Libs and Greens combined having the most votes but the CPC winning the seat as a result won't send as good a message as a Locke win. I do like Turner a lot but the sad realities of our voting system mean I can't vote for him if I want a message to get through.
