Would it be your boot drive?

Edit now that I have more time - if not, and you're not using it to store the only copy of important data, go for it. Not a fan of using any of that kind of software where the data is important, or where you are reliant on it to boot. It can cause weird issues at the worst times, like when you are cloning the drive to replace a failing one, or booted off a Windows CD to run a chkdsk or bootrepair, etc. Or maybe you decide to partition the drive to test out Linux, and you overwrite the special bootloader and kiss the drive goodbye, etc. All kinds of edge cases that aren't immediately obvious manifest themselves at the worst possible times.
