Some lady came to my mom's house shortly after my dad died, claiming that she saw his ghost at his funeral. This is apparently something that was really common for her to do.

A few years later, I was having dinner with my wife, her dad and his new wife, and I told this story in response to a similar question. His wife started beaking off to me, saying I had no right to mock people for things I obviously didn't understand etc, so I just decided to keep the peace and not say anything else.

Turns out, I found out after dinner, that lady was her.
