I have about a fairly old mobo that I'm guessing doesn't support 3 TB natively. Is it worth getting one anyways (and maybe unlocking it with the HD manufacturer's software?) or would I save myself a lot of headaches by sticking with 2 TB?

Anyone an expert on this? Thanks!
