Yup, this has everything to do with the Calgary Centre election and building off of McGuinty's stupid comments to get Conservatives in Calgary Centre who are planning to note vote or pay attention..

I said this in the other thread, but I don't think this is really going to affect the average voter, this is just more fuel to the hyper partisans following the election. What Justin said was pretty dumb, but I don't think this is his "47% moment". Most people will forget this comment in about three weeks when Christmas rolls around. If there is anything we've learned in Canadian politics over the past few years is that apathy is incredibly powerful and most of the electorate will just let it slide as "typical Canadian politics".
