We only really tried the weight-loss portion and my wife started doing the kettle-bell exercises. But no, we haven't got the the sex part of the book... yet
I play hockey 2 times per week (at least) and volleyball 1 night a week, I can't really do any less than that, but I'm going to try the kettle-bells at some point soon.
