The author lost 100 pounds doing this. Enjoyed this book and 4HWW. Author doesn't work much anymore but sure spends a lot of time on Twitter tweeting his days away. Book is similar to Body For Life in that you get the one free day per week but that day can also cause your body some issues for life imo.
