Gee thanks for the insight 4X4. Exactly how long have you been designing roads so that you know exactly what speeds roads are safe at?
I like your example of the new portion of 24th street being too low. See I would have assumed that perhaps there were reasons why new roads might have lower than expected speed limits, maybe something to do with construction or traffic flow in new areas, but I guess I'm wrong. I sure am glad we've got someone like you who knows everything about roads and speed limits. Perhaps you could apply for a job with the city and teach all those engineers how to do their jobs properly. Oh and while you're at it, you can go up to edmonton and get them to change all the laws that madate what conditions mean a road has to have a certain speed limit? If you do this then perhaps the cops will finally lose their iron grip on the ability to arbitrarily set speed limits so they can catch speeders and write a whole bunch of tickets. Go 4X4 you're our only hope for a better world.
