So you're saying that there is a reason why they have the speed limit set at the posted rate.
There are plenty of roads in Lethbridge that are set to be waaaay too low, IMO. However, if I don't want a speeding ticket then I shouldn't speed. If I do speed and get caught I'll just be a man, own up to my mistake, pay the ticket and move on.
