I am pretty anti-creationist, but I can see where that lesson would be a great way to teach critical thinking. It is a good way to have the students read through different materials and identify the biases and viewpoints of the authors.

It comes off to me, like creationists are addressing evolution in these textbooks in an almost satirical manner. Like they're poking fun at it.
