We loved having bergeron on the team but out of all our forwards he seemed to be the one underproducing the most. Joe Thornton is older and more expensive but hopefully this shakeup can get 2 lines rolling again. After 3 straight losses we knew a trade had to be made.
Getting the NJ 1st was important in this deal, hopefully we get lucky and it ends up being a top 15 pick!
