I don't think you're going to find dollar blackjack these days. Sahara and Slots-A-Fun were the two places that had it fairly recently, but Sahara has closed and Slots-A-Fun got rid of their live tables.

Super low limit blackjack is great, not because you can't afford more, but because it allows you to dick around (yes I would like to split those 10s) while getting free drinks. Now that the dollar blackjack tables are gone, my favorite place to get drunk on the cheap is Treasures, which has $1 beers and well drinks from 4-6 every day.
