I wouldn't call it a mammoth interchange, it looks like the one already proposed a few times, more or less within its current footprint.

The interchange with 50th Ave is interesting, but what I'm really interested in is what is proposed at the right side of the document: I see an over\under with Southland, but would like to see how the interchance with Anderson / Bow Bottom looks.
