Almost half Canada's population lives in the 6 largest metro areas. Locke also demonstrated a very good understanding of Calgary's needs, but would probably not be as focused or fervent in his advocacy.

I agree but he seems to be more Calgary focused, but I guess he's just trying to win over his constituency.
