Except Andrea has likely talked to Michonne about her old group, Michonne trusted Andrea so she doesn't have the same reason to fear Rick's group in the prison. Even if Andrea didn't give Michonne specific names of people on the old group Michonne knew that Merle's brother was with that group. Once Merle talked to Glen about Darryl Michonne would have known Glen and Maggie were from Andrea's old group and would have no reason to think Rick's group was bad.

Except I am Andrea mentioned that she was left behind when she was speaking to Merle. I think she maybe a little pissed that nobody came back to look for her.......I am not sold on Andrea being a fan of Rick's group.
