Wow... I LOVE the Spring Rolls at Rose Garden on Stephen Ave in Calgary, but these were delicious as well and they were definitely made fresh to order, or so they seemed.
Had the Pad Thai and it was also delicious. Massive portion. I even caved in and went for the Deep Fried Banana desert.
The waitresses indicated that they have a location in Red Deer now as well (but they didn't tell me if it had the same name or not).

The one in Red Deer is called the Blue Dragon. It's in kind of an odd location, but apparently the food is as good.
