I think you got the gist of the type of deal it is, prospects as particularly tough as most of the Florida guys have much better upside than the NHL guys listed but also are a big time risk to bust out based on the nature of the game. It is tough to compare baseball and hockey prospects because of the development each take.
The only comparison from the Jays prospects that is incorrect IMO would be Arnold/Marisnick. Marisnick's upside is much higher. I would say he's closer, (but still slightly better) to Gaudreau - he has star level ability/skill, but his bust potential is also high. They both lack one critical tool (Gaudreau - size, Marisnick -hit/contact) that could hold them back.

Everything else is pretty much bang on (especially the Horak & Reinhart comps).

On the other side, the only exaggeration is Glencross for Bonafacio. I'd say it's he's more like a David Moss. Very average player, but he can move around your line-up and play almost anywhere you need him and not look silly. And Josh Johnson is far superior to Tanguay - a good comparable would be Marian Gaborik.

But the big thing is the trade markets for MLB and NHL are different. While the Jays got still got a really good deal, getting top end talent for these kinds of prospects isn't unprecedented.
