Titov, at the back of my mind, I think you're right about JPA staying, though my personal opinion is that AA is fielding offers for the guy (rightfully), and will definitely find a suitor for him because of his above average pop. There is always a market for catchers with potential. Now, straight up, I'd only deal JPA for a definite 2nd starter, or in a package for an ace. Getting a LFer or a 2nd baseman wouldn't be worth him because there are way too many mediocre ones out there. One thing I would not want under any circumstances, is D'Arnaud being pushed in as their go to future, this year. He may be good soon, but they have to ease him in. If they do deal JPA, Buck will be good for a few weeks, but another stop gap vet with a better average should be dealt for, but I do think the catching position is one where they can chince on.
