Yeah to answer all your questions... she has been spayed. I got her when she was 11 weeks old, the day of her spaying if you can beleive it - but thats how the SPCA does it, cats have to be spayed before they leave there.
Also declawing, well the SPCA considers it inhumane to declaw and actually make you sign a contract not to declaw the cat (since it is considered amputation of the entire knuckle), not like I have any good furnature anyways.
