There are still tons, and tons of issues with the Mac version. Stuff that doesn't even make sense, or is so obscure and undocumented you can only find it by chance.
Here's a nice example of a problem I can't solve: how do you globally reset the column view options for all albums?
Here's another good one: can you describe, in a sentence or two, how to guarantee iTunes embeds artwork in tracks, rather than updating the folder artwork? For bonus points, find where this behaviour is explained in the iTunes manual.
It's horrible software.
