Honestly, that is probably it. On a PC it is such a performance hog, it slows to a crawl at times when you're even trying to scroll through your music collection. Sometimes I wonder if Apple does it on purpose to the PC version so they can show how fast a Mac is if they compare the two programs.
The amount of time it freezes up is unbearable too.
