Actually there are quite a few little improvements in iOS 6 that aren't present in the Android OS that are great for business. For example if you connect it to your work wifi, and then change your network password; it will now prompt you to change your password on the phone.
It also seems to be a lot more tolerant with any issues connecting to Exchange with Active Sync.
