It's a little early to be calling that sort of connection as Apple has only ever made jumps in technology every couple of years and they're due for another "revolution" very soon.
That being said, I hope they'll continue being a leader in the market as technological advances are always enjoyable to see.
But I would still never buy one of their products. :P
