My EVO X did that and yes it got annoying. Now I just get TPMS installed with my winter tires and have the dealer switch it over the sensors.
Fords are great in this regard as you can buy the TPMS tool for $50 and program new sensors yourself. Super easy and I wish the Japanese manufacturers would follow suit as I feel it's kind of BS to be charged by a dealer for a simple 10 minute procedure every change in season.
