It doesn't look like those plans are comming to fruition to me. Two old motels are under construction right now, and I'm pretty sure neither of them are becoming mixed use.
I'm not opposed to having pedestrian bridges and the like, but crowchild is a major expressway, and should have free flowing lanes.
