Well that was a rough ride.
Carl sure is growing up a lot faster than he should have to. I dunno if he's going to end up like a hero, or more like the govenor.
T-Dawg going out like a hero was cool, but I don't know why everyone was so broken up about his character. He seemed like a token black guy to me. He finally got some speaking roles this season and now he's dead. He had so few spots last season that I forget he was a character sometimes.
As far as the TV portion goes, I certainly wasn't invested in his character, though I think some people here are thinking more about the comics or something, cause I sure didn't see him enough to care too much.
The Lori and Carl scene was pretty tough and cool, but they nearly ruined it by playing that overly sappy piano music over her speech to Carl. Didn't fit with the score of the series so far at all, and was unnecessary given the weight of the situation.
Thought she might die, so I'm not surprised, though I do wonder about all the character hate. It's like that with Skyler and Breaking Bad too, it's like if a female makes an unpopular decision, or has to make a responsible decision people either think she's boring or holding the guys back. Unless she's hot of course. Meh, don't get it.
I had one question someone might know the answer too. In the new opening credits they have a symbol or object beside all the actors names that represent the character. Reedus has arrows, Yeun has a watch, Lincoln has a badge, etc. But for Sarah's character Lori, there is just a centipede and some bullet casings. What's up with that, anyone know?
Or maybe the producers hate her character too? Hah!
