exactly, that was the intention ... the Heat are extremely well covered by guys like Pierre and Freeway, I thought I'd make a list of the other guys.
Of the guys listed from 08 and 09, I agree that time is running out for a few of them. Wahl is probably done, although I could see the Flames give him a second contract if he's earning it ... but that'll be hard in the ECHL. Cameron should be done with the Flames, Larson won't get a contract and at this point, I can't see Patterson get a second contract. Martin, Howse and Ortio have another year on contract after this one.
