I went with the freezing and it wasn't too bad, I didn't swell up at all and it didnt' really hurt for very long at all .. mouth pain was for about a day and the headache was for about 3 days but nothing some advil couldn't handle. I did bleed a little for almost 5 days though.

The only thing about the freezing that really sucks is the needles... especially if you are getting all 4 taken out. I think they put 13 in mouth to freeze my whole face. Being awake and hearing the crunching sound as they take your teeth out is kind of a trip, and its a good story to gross out people with weak stomachs too. Plus like Jayems said its way cheaper. I think it cost me $600 at the dentist for all 4 compared to $1800 if I had been put under with an ortho.
