I have worked DT for over 10 years. I drove for the first four. I used to always park in 2 hour free parking. I'd go out every two hours to check my tires. If it wasn't chalked, I didn't move it. But if it was, I'd move it up or back a foot. Just enough to have the chalk kissing the pavement. I never physically moved my car. Things may have changed now due to new technology, but they may not have.
