I felt bad, there was one kid on my street at about 6 and nobody opened their doors for him. I didn't have any candy and was just coming home to pick up my stuff to leave for the library, so I dashed inside and turned off all the lights before he noticed there was someone home. I saw some kids out in the neighbourhood later who were having some more luck, but I didn't notice nearly as many as I had near my old place last year.
