Figured I'd bump this old thread, since the VG thread is getting blown up by nothing but AC stuff the past couple days, which would probably be the theme the next couple weeks.

The first part is fun but there isn't a lot to do outside the main quests, I have read that there are very little side quests until you progress to the main character portion. Ya its definitely a slow start. Despite that I was loving it the first couple sequences, really liked Haytham and the build-up to the story was great.

But by about sequence 3 my interest was waning a bit, not much else to do but straight storyline. In sequence 4 now and its finally opening up, I'm teenage Connor & learning to hunt.

Man does it pay off when you finally get to the Frontier as Connor, loving all the tree climbing & hunting training missions. When I first read about it I thought "tracking" clues would be kinda pointless & just filler, but with greatly shrinking the search zone, its actually pretty useful. Gonna be awesome when I'm finally full grown Connor, whenever that is..

--No major story spoiler above or anything, I'm only in sequence 4. Just trying not to give even minor things away. I like to go in fresh like Frank Costanza with movies so I'll pay this thread the same courtesy.
