Ok that would work quite well actually. Personally when I make ribs or anything like that I will usually let them marinade in a sauce (or combination of sauces) for quite a while and then I will put them on the BBQ. I really works out quite well and then if you have left over streak it is often quite tender so you can make the best and I mean best Steak Sandwiches known to man. Also you have to do some other stuff with the meat like pound it into oblivian but boy oh boy does it taste good.

Also I will be honest with you the things I am not good at making are seafood. Whenever I make it I find it comes out really rubbery... yuck.
