I am scared as hell of this and am 35. My top ones only came in about 6 years ago. One of my bottoms is just under the skin with one small part visible. I wonder how needed it is to get them pulled every time I go in they x-ray and then ask "do you have insurance" I don't so they say thay are fine. The problem I am going to have is that the tops will keep growing without the bottoms to stop them.
