well maybe just maybe your fears are founded in fact fotze? Could be you have 3rd stage stomach cancer? Did you or do you smoke? Maybe its lung cancer? Do you cough a bit? Whatabout when you pee? Is it yellow? Yellow pee is a bad sign....means you drink too much and could have liver damage.
