If you need them off sooner than later, use a socket that is slightly too small to fit over the locknut and hammer it on. Then use a regular wrench to remove it. The common lugnut "locks" do nothing to stop anyone from stealing a wheel. I've had a complete set of wheels stolen before with a lock nut on each. Will never buy them again.
