lol i don't know if its still there but there was a place called Deja Vu in Vegas.
and I don't know if the rules are the same. You bring whatever alcohol you want so long as its in a bag. You have to pay for mix a 2L was like $12.
That place was a gong show of debauchery, private showers, all types of theme rooms. Just crazy.
