I know a guy who makes hot sauce and it is freaking awesome. He dehydrates and smokes the peppers and then makes a paste. This post reminds me of going to the Lion's Den before games. The owner used to come around with his own home made hot sauce. Said it was being studied for it's medical usages. He was an awesome dude.
