Hmm. Was it heavily laden with spinach? We used to order trays in for lunch meetings sometimes, and I couldn't get enough. I like spinach though, so if there was more than a reasonable amount, I wouldn't mind.
Otherwise it is a well-made lasagna with the perfect layering and melted mozza on top, nicely crispified.
