Cow personally I have done that (boiling the ribs before) and I have found that they get somewhat soggy when they are are the BBQ and then it is more of a mush meat than good ribs. Do you know for how long she boils them for because I have the sneaking suspicion that it where I am going wrong.
But if I can ever dig up the recipe for it (with some personal modifications) I will post the best teriyaki BBQ chicken pizza you could ever imagine. It tastes somewhat sweet and you have to add onions and a few other ingredients (I personally like pineapples and sometimes if I want to mix it up I will put some feta cheese on the pizza). The real trick though comes in the pizza dough, it is made by hand and it is so thin yet so light. The only way to describe it is heavenly devine. Also a very important thing to remember when cooking is it is allright to experiment, such as add a smidgit of something as simple as basel and you could come up with something that is just yummy.
Hmmm that sounded really gay. But of the few things I am good at cooking is one of them.... I would make someone a great wife I just realized... some of my tallents include painting, cleaning, cooking.... dear god.
