I think it is way too early to introduce those guys, they don't find them until the church which is after the Prison isn't it? Or is my timeline all messed up..

I don't think it will be anyone from Woodbury, the guy in the preview seems surprised and eager to learn where the other part of the chick with the good shots party is.. if he knew they were at the prison he wouldn't need to grill them.. unless he wanted to get information about the people from the prison to figure out if they were hostile, that would make sense.
