Yes. We are members and often take the kids in the early morning during the winter. The animals are all very visable and we enjoy the significantly or none exsistent crowds along with the attention you can get from the staff.

Boxing Day of last year was one of the coolest zoo visits we ever had. My two kids and I went immediately to the Gorilla enclosure as it was a bit cold starting out. While sitting watching the troop eat, one of the keepers came over and talked to my kids for a few minutes. After seeing how interested the kids were in the animals the keeper invited us behind the scenes. She showed us the "Bachelor Pad" were the young male Gorillas live while not in the main enclouser, then she allowed us all to feed a Gorilla by hand which was very cool.
