He's constantly taking jabs at cops like NHB did, he posts with the same frequency, he's always making the same kind of crappy little one liner drive by posts. It's got to be him.
Plus, I made the connection in a thread and he didn't respond, usually the biggest sign that somone is a returning poster is when someone makes the connection and they avoid the post, dispite being an abrasive, confrontational poster. If you're confrontational and abrasive and someone calls you a specific returning poster, you're going to respond.
