I heard that a lot when I was a flight attendant. I never faked my happiness to be there, unless I was ill. Fact is...many people do fake it, but the majority of staff there are happy because the company treats them so well.
And air travel might not be so much of an "experience" to frequent flyers, but when you see people flying for the first time, whether it's a small kid, or an 80 year old grandma, you can tell that they are enjoying the "experience".
