Might not be listed as the "Complaint Department", but if you call and voice your concerns to whoever answers that number, I'm sure you will be heard.

How often do you fly with them to make your opinions? Are you flying domestic or international?

I'm biased because I used to work for there, but don't agree with you at all. I'm not going to sit here and bash their competitor, but I would take WJ over AC any day.
