Well, of the 15-20 nations, my preference is an English coach. And I say this because a good handful of our guys play in the English leagues, and as such, we need to capitalize on the types of football that our national squad plays. Considering another good chunk of our guys play in the MLS, a quality coach from North America isn't a bad idea either.
More importantly, look at John Herdman's system. There are definitely positives we can borrows from a national program like the one he's heading.
