I do spend a lot more time checking the work of some drafters over others. I don't think that is a lack of trust though. I simply know what each drafter is capable of and allocate my resources accordingly.
That said, I have had drafters that I didn't trust at all. I would find spelling mistakes in the blocks and templates that they shouldn't ever have a reason to change. It was either sabotage or incompetence and there is no room for either in the workplace.
